Deliveroxx

Your shop delivers now. We’re the ones who drive.

Deliveroxx runs same-day delivery for independent stores across Lansing & Surrounding Communities. You keep the sale, the margin and the customer. We turn up in clean colors, take the order to the door, and hand it over as the friendly face people start recognizing on the street.

No monthly fee to start. No app for your customers to download. Cancel any week you like.

Four steps, and three of them are ours

From the counter to the doorstep, here is the whole job.

  1. 1

    A customer asks for delivery

At your counter, over the phone, or through your own website. The sale is yours and it rings through your till exactly like it does today.

  2. 2

    You send us the job

One tap in the dispatch page we set up for you. If you would rather text or call it through, that works too. We do not make you learn software to sell a bag of screws.

  3. 3

    A Deliveroxx driver collects

Same-day, usually within the hour. The driver is insured, background checked, wears the colors, and signs for the order against your slip before it leaves the shop.

  4. 4

We hand it over and tell you it landed

Photo confirmation and a delivered time hit your inbox. Your customer gets a tracking link with your store’s name at the top of it and ours at the bottom.

You get the shelf space. We get the door.

Plenty of delivery companies hide behind your brand. We would rather be on it with you. Every store we sign gets a kit of co-branded material, printed and posted at our cost, so customers learn two names at once: yours, and the one driving for you.

Once the sign is in the window, people stop asking whether you deliver. They just ask when. What we tell every store owner on day one
  • Window decalThe one in the sign above, printed at 300mm with your store name set properly.
  • Counter cardSits by the till. Explains the cut-off time and the delivery radius in a sentence.
  • Bag stickersSealed onto every order that goes out. Your logo, our stripe.
  • Checkout badgeA web badge and copy block for your own site, if you have one.
  • Driver IDPhoto card and branded shirt, so your staff know who is picking up.
  • Tracking pageHeaded with your store name. The customer sees who they bought from first.
Roxx the Ox, the Deliveroxx mascot

Meet Roxx

The bit customers actually remember

Roxx the Ox goes on the bag stickers, the van door and the counter card. He is doing a job: a name is easy to forget and a face is not, and the second time an ox turns up at someone’s door with a box from your shop, they stop thinking of it as “a delivery” and start thinking of it as yours.

That is the whole reason we do not hide behind your brand. Two names on the window works harder than one, as long as the second one is friendly.

Do we come to your street?

Type a ZIP code. If we are not there yet, tell us which shop you would want us to deliver from — that is genuinely how we decide where to open next.

Get your store set up

Tell us a bit about the shop and we will call you back, usually the same working day. The first conversation is about whether delivery makes sense for what you sell at all — sometimes it does not, and we will say so.

Would rather talk now? Call .

Staff dropping things off after close, a courier, or nothing at all — all useful to know.

We use these details to call you about delivery, nothing else. No list, no resale.
