This site is run by Deliveroxx, doing business as Deliveroxx, in Michigan.

What this site is for

Information about our delivery service, a coverage checker, and forms to contact us. Nothing on the site is a binding quote or an offer of a contract. Prices shown are our standard prices on the date you see them.

The coverage checker

It tells you whether we currently serve a ZIP code. Coverage changes. A "yes" from the checker is not a promise of service at a particular address.

Forms

Give us accurate information, and only your own or information you have permission to share. Sending a driver application is not an offer of employment. Sending a partner or investor enquiry is not an offer to sell securities, and nothing on this site is one.

Fair use

Don't try to break the site, get into areas that aren't yours, scrape it in bulk, or send spam through the forms. We may block access to protect the site.

Our content

The Deliveroxx name, logo, Roxx the Ox, and the content of this site belong to Deliveroxx. You may share links and quote short passages. Ask before using the logo or mascot.

If we link to another site, we are not responsible for what is on it.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without warranties.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Deliveroxx is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website. This doesn't limit what we owe a store under the service terms.
