Privacy policy
Effective 2026
This explains what Deliveroxx ("Deliveroxx", "we") collects, why, who sees it, and what we never do with it. We have kept it short enough to read.
What we collect on this website
- Forms. When you fill in the store, driver, online store, or partner form we collect what you type: your name, business name, email, phone number, ZIP code, and your answers to the form's questions.
- The coverage checker. We log the ZIP codes people check, along with the checking address's IP, so we know where to expand next and can spot abuse. A ZIP code on its own doesn't identify you.
- How you found us. If you arrived through a link with campaign tags, we keep those tags with your form so we know which advert or post worked.
- Basic technical data. Our server records your IP address and browser type for security and to stop spam, including limiting how many forms can be sent from one address.
- Cookies. We set one session cookie so forms work securely. We don't use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
- Fonts. Pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so Google's servers see your IP address and browser type when a page loads. Nothing else about you is sent to them.
What we collect when we deliver to you
Stores that deliver with Deliveroxx give us what we need to get the order to your door: your name, delivery address, phone number, delivery instructions, and a description of the order. We record when it was delivered. If a signature is required, we keep the signature with the delivery record. If the order needs an ID check, the driver checks your ID at the door and we record that the check was done. We don't photograph or keep a copy of your ID. [[confirm ID handling before launch]]
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to make deliveries, to send delivery updates if you agreed to them, to bill stores, to keep the site secure, and to decide where to offer service next. That is all.
Who sees it
- The store you ordered from sees the delivery status of your order.
- Companies that run services for us, such as web hosting, email, text message delivery, and font hosting. They may use your information only to provide that service to us.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
What we never do
We don't sell personal information. We don't share mobile numbers, text message opt-in data, or consent with any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. We don't build advertising profiles.
Text messages
Texts are covered by our SMS terms. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
How long we keep it

Your choices
Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing [[[email protected]]]. We will answer within 30 days. If a store gave us your details for a delivery, we may need to keep the delivery record for the store's billing, and we will tell you if so.
Children
This site and our service are for adults and businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Security
We limit who can see personal information, protect forms against abuse, and store passwords only in hashed form. No system is perfect; if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
Changes
If this policy changes, we post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is significant, we say so on the front page.
