Deliveroxx

Your shop, open at midnight.

The stores we deliver for kept asking the same question: who can build us a proper website? So now we build them. A real online store on WordPress and WooCommerce — owned by you, not rented from a platform — with Deliveroxx same-day delivery wired straight into checkout.

Your customers browse at 11pm, pay on your site, and pick a delivery window. We collect from your counter the next block and bring it to their door, under your name.

Built for shops that sell things people plan to buy

This works best for stores where customers already know what they want and are happy to wait a few hours for it to arrive:

  • Hardware and homeThe part for the weekend job, ordered Friday night.
  • Grocery, butchers, delis and specialty foodThe holiday order, the cookout box, the weekly shop.
  • Garden centersSoil, seed and tools too heavy to carry to the car.
  • Pet suppliesThe big bag of food nobody wants to lift.
  • Florists, bakeries, books and giftsOrdered for someone else, delivered same day.

You don't need an existing website. Plenty of the stores we talk to have a Facebook page and a phone number, and that's fine. We start from wherever you are.

Where this isn't the right fit

If your customers want a hot meal in thirty minutes, this isn't it. We deliver in scheduled windows, not on-demand. And if nearly all your orders are small, we'll say so on the first call — a website still helps, but the delivery numbers may not.

What you get

Not a template with your logo dropped on it. A working store, set up end to end, that your own staff can run without calling a developer.

  • WordPress + WooCommerce buildInstalled, secured and styled to fit your shop — colors, sign and all. Built to look right on a phone first, because that's where most people will find you.
  • Your products loadedUnder 50 products? We enter your first catalog with photos, prices and stock, and show you how to keep it current. More than 50? We'll quote the extra entry, or show you how so you can load the rest yourself.
  • Payments that just workCard, Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe or PayPal, paid straight into your account. We never touch your customers' cards or your money.
  • Same-day delivery at checkoutYour Deliveroxx zone shows up as a shipping option. Customers enter their address, see if they're in range, and pick a delivery window.
  • In-store pickup, tooCustomers outside the zone, or who'd rather swing by, can choose pickup at the counter. Regular shipping can be added if you mail orders.
  • Orders straight to dispatchOur plugin sends each delivery order to Deliveroxx automatically. No retyping, no phone call, no ticket to fill in.
  • The basics done properlyYour shop's hours, address, map and phone number on the site, set up so you show up when someone searches for what you sell nearby. Privacy page, return policy and delivery terms written in plain English.
  • Training, not dependenceA working session with your staff, so adding a product or changing a price never needs us.
  • Hosting and domain in your nameWe set it up, you own it. If we ever part ways, everything is still yours.

From “add to cart” to the doorstep

How same-day delivery works at checkout.

  1. 1

    The customer checks their address

At checkout, the site checks whether they're inside your Deliveroxx delivery area. If they are, same-day delivery appears as an option. If they aren't, they see pickup or shipping instead — nobody pays for a delivery we can't make.

  2. 2

    They pick a window

We run four scheduled routes a day. The customer sees the next window your cutoff allows and knows roughly when to expect it.

  3. 3

The order lands with you and with us

You get the order in WooCommerce like any other. We get the delivery job in dispatch at the same moment, with the address and any notes.

  4. 4

You pack it. We collect it.

At the start of the block, a Deliveroxx driver comes to your counter, checks the order against the slip, and signs for it.

  5. 5

    It arrives under your name

The customer gets a tracking link with your store's name at the top. You get a photo and a delivered time when it lands.

Delivery windows

Block We pick up at your store We deliver
Morning9:00 to 9:30 AMby 12:00 PM
Midday12:00 to 12:30 PMby 3:00 PM
Afternoon3:00 to 3:30 PMby 6:00 PM
Evening6:00 to 6:30 PMby 9:00 PM

Every order placed by your cutoff is delivered the same day, by 9:00 PM. The cutoff is 6:00 PM for each store. Orders placed after it go out on the first block the next day — and the checkout says so, so there are no surprises.

Things the checkout can handle

  • Age-restricted itemsMark a product as ID-required and the driver checks ID at the door before handing it over.
  • Signature on deliveryFor high-value orders.
  • Heavy and bulky itemsFlagged per product so they're priced correctly.
  • Cold itemsSent out in our coolers. Tell us which products are cold.
  • Orders for laterA customer can order today for delivery on a chosen day. We hold it until then, and you decide when to start picking.

What you charge for delivery is up to you

We charge you our flat per-stop fee. What you charge your customer is your call, and the site can be set up however you like:

  • A flat delivery charge (most stores use $9.95 and cover the rest).
  • Free delivery over a set order amount.
  • Free delivery on everything, built into your prices.

See the full per-stop rate and add-ons on our pricing page.

How a build goes

Four steps from first call to first order.

  1. 1

    We walk your shop

In person or on a call. What you sell, who buys it, what you already have online — even if that's nothing at all. You get a flat quote in writing before anything starts.

  2. 2

    We build while you trade

The store takes shape on a private link you can watch. We'll ask you for photos, prices and anything we can't see from the shelf. Nothing goes live until you've clicked through it yourself and said so.

  3. 3

Your staff learn the counter side

One session covers it: new products, price changes, marking things out of stock, and where the orders come in. WooCommerce is a form, not a career.

  4. 4

Orders start rolling in — and out

A customer checks out at 10am, a Deliveroxx driver collects from your counter at noon, and the order is at their door by 3pm with your store’s name on the tracking link.

How long it takes: most builds are live in 2–4 weeks from the day we agree the quote. Bigger catalogs take longer, and we'll tell you up front.

One flat price for the build. Nothing taken from your sales.

Every store is different, so we quote each build in writing after we've seen what you sell. The quote is the price. No hourly meter running, no surprise invoice at the end.

From $650.00 per build

Builds can start at $650.00 for a shop with under 50 products, same-day delivery and pickup at checkout, and one staff training session.

What you pay after launch, and to whom

WhatWho you payRoughly
Your domain nameYour registrar, in your name$20/year
HostingThe webhost, in your name$25–75/month
Card processingStripe or PayPal, directlyTheir standard per-transaction rate
DeliveryDeliveroxx, per stopSee pricing
Yearly site licensesEither direct, or Deliveroxx$300.00

Want us to handle monitoring, updates, backups and security checks each month? That's $100.00/month, and you can cancel it any time without losing anything.

You own all of it

This is the part we care about most, so here it is plainly:

  • The domain is registered in your name. Not ours.
  • The hosting account is in your name. You hold the login. We sit secondary.
  • Your customer list and order history are yours.Export them any time.
  • WordPress and WooCommerce are open source.Any developer in the country can work on your site. You're never stuck with us.

If you stop using Deliveroxx delivery, the store keeps working. You switch the delivery option off and carry on selling with pickup or shipping. We'd rather keep your business by being good at it than by making it hard to leave.

Already have a website?

  • Already on WooCommerce? You may not need a build at all. We can install our delivery plugin on your existing store and set up your zone and cutoff.
  • On Shopify, Square or something else?Talk to us. Sometimes the right answer is moving to WooCommerce; sometimes it's keeping what you have and taking delivery orders another way. We'll tell you which.
  • Just a Facebook page or an old brochure site? That's the most common starting point. We'll build the store and point your existing domain at it.

Questions

Do my customers need an app or an account?

No. They order on your website, like any other shop. They can check out as a guest.

Who takes the payment?

You do, through Stripe or PayPal, straight into your account. Deliveroxx never sees your customers' card details.

What happens when an order comes in?

You see it in WooCommerce, and you can get an email or text alert. The delivery job reaches us automatically. You pack it by the start of the next block and we collect it.

What if something is out of stock after someone orders?

Mark it in WooCommerce and refund or swap as you normally would. If you cancel before we collect, there's no delivery charge. If we've already collected and bring it back, it counts as a stop.

What if a customer is outside your delivery area?

They won't see the delivery option. They can still pick up at your counter, or you can offer shipping.

Can I change prices and products myself?

Yes. That's what the training session is for. Most changes take under a minute.

What if something breaks?

Call or email us. The first 30 days after launch are covered in the build price. After that, it's part of the care plan, or quoted per fix.

What areas do you deliver to?

Greater Lansing, and expanding beyond. Check a ZIP code on the front page.

Tell us about the shop and what you sell. We look at what you have today, then call with a straight answer on scope, price and timing — no obligation attached to asking.

Rather talk it through first? Call 1-517-333-2656 or email us.

A sentence or two is plenty. "Hardware, and I want people to order for same-day delivery" tells us most of it.

We use these details to call you about the build, nothing else. No list, no resale.
